Shipping via DHL

We work with DHL to ensure fast and safe delivery of your order.

• Shipping time :
• Local shipping (within Saudi Arabia): takes 2 to 5 business days.
• International shipping: May take 7 to 14 business days, depending on the shipping destination.
• Shipping cost :
• Shipping costs depend on weight and location. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout.
• note :
• Shipping time may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays depending on your country.

Shipping via ARAMEX

• Shipping time :
• Local shipping: 2 to 5 business days depending on the region.
• Shipping cost :
• 27 Saudi Riyals

Please ensure your address is correct to avoid delays. Delivery times may change in the event of unexpected delays.

Shipping via Redbox

Important: REDBOX provides lockers that are specifically designed for the customer and are placed at the nearest point chosen by the customer to receive their order personally. Delivery to the customer’s door is not included.

• Local shipping (within Saudi Arabia): 2 to 4 business days.
• Shipping cost :
• 14 Saudi Riyals
• Track shipments :
• After your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent via text message to the number you entered in the shipment, letting you know when to pick it up from the warehouse. Alternatively, you can track your shipment via the Redbox website.

Co Matcha Shipping Terms:

• Customs duties :
• In the case of international shipping, there may be additional customs duties or taxes imposed by the receiving country that Co Matcha is not aware of. These duties will be the customer's responsibility.
• Delays :
• In the event of unforeseen delays by shipping companies, Co Matcha is not responsible for any delays beyond our control, but we will do our best to keep you updated.
• Change of address :
• If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. If the order has already been shipped and the customer wishes to change the address after 12 hours , Co Matcha will not be responsible for the policy fees for amending the correct address or returning the shipment from the wrong address.
